1^st United Methodist Church in Mesa is known for its decades-long emphasis on youth ministries. We have a wide variety of programs for youth to be involved in, where their interests lie, and they feel most comfortable. Camping, mission trips, and educational tours are vital parts of our program.

Activities

Sunday School for Jr. High, Mid-High, and Sr. High– Sundays at 10:30 a.m.

----1^st UMC uses a small group/lead teacher approach to Sunday School. Curriculum is varied from age appropriate topics to Bible studies.

United Methodist Youth Fellowship – Sundays at 6:00 p.m.

1^st United Youth Praise Band – Sundays at 4:00 p.m.

Youth Drama – Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.

Youth Bible Study – Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.

Youth Choir – Wednesdays at 7:20 p.m.

Young People’s Council – meets every 2^nd Monday at 7:00 p.m.
