Margaret Desenberg has been a life long member of First United Methodist Church.  She started her music career at age 9, by taking private music lessons.  At 16, she began teaching private music lessons for Milano’s Music Center in Mesa.  She began playing in the bell choir in 1966.  When Dorothy Renshaw, the longtime director retired, Margaret was asked to become the new director, and has served in this position ever since.
